I turned off all my mods that would conflict (before anyone asks). "You need to mod in a new skill that gives the player property belonging to that level of racial governance, and then you can give a player that skill in the editor." Otherwise, you can just set the thresholds differently (this you can do in title.rpk globalsetting)." Race governance is just a conditional effect (it’s enabled when you reach a certain threshold of race governance points). "When something is supposed to be enabled “by default”, you can just mod it in. "Racial governance can be found in racelogic.rpk, under the race definitions" This is the thread I found that was somewhat helpful. But some aspects seem locked like the Goblin Military Upgrade 4 (tame trolls). I can open up the racelogic.rpk and I can fiddle with things here just fine for the most part. The poster in that thread figured out how to mod what he wanted (and didn't give any clues to anyone following in his footsteps). I found only one old thread talking about Racial Governance. I've had this game a long time and never really did much with the modding. How can I mod racial governance to be active when loading into a map (not tied to population but as an innate bonus)? If I need to mod in a skill that gives the player a property for racial governance can you tell me how/where to do that? How do I edit the racial governance thresholds in title.rpk globalsetting?Ģ.
